PRIVACY
Your wants stay yours.
Wait24 is in a small pilot. This page says plainly what we collect and why. Last updated October 2026.
No accounts
Wait24 works without sign-up. The first time you open it, your device gets a private, anonymous ID. Your board is linked to that ID, not to your name, email or phone.
What we store
- The wants you pin: name, price, store, link, photo, notes, timers and what you decided.
- Your settings, and your name only if you choose to add it.
- Your plan or invite code, and when your trial started.
- If you turn on notifications, a technical address from your browser that lets us send them.
- If you ask for an invite or send feedback, what you write and the email or phone you give us.
Store links
When a want has a store link, Wait24 opens that product page to read its name, photo and price, and checks the price again while it rests. No information about you is sent to the store. Results for the same link are cached and shared. If a store doesn't allow this, we skip it and you add the price yourself.
What we never do
No ads. No third-party trackers. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing. We never see your card or payments — you always buy in the store itself. Plans will be billed by Apple or Google, who tell us only that a plan is active.
Who can see it
Only you, and the small Wait24 team when supporting the pilot (for example, fixing a problem you reported). Data is stored with Cloudflare.
Your controls
In the app, You → Reset Wait24 deletes your board, history and kept total. Turn notifications off any time in You → Notifications. To have everything about you deleted, including invite requests, send us a note through You → Send feedback or the invite form, and we'll do it within 7 days.
Questions
Ask through You → Send feedback in the app, or the form on wait24.app.
